Take care!

One good friend who saw the picture below responded in agreement: "yes, the crisis that is now unfolding is likely to be similarly severe and will last for a similarly long time."
It is not a good prospect, but the real big threat is other. It is not the length of the crisis, but what it can lead to. In this respect, 1933 is not primarily interesting as a number to signal the end of the crisis at the time.
1933 is a scary number, not least because something terrible began then, but because it warns: humanity is not learning from history.
Do not justify yourself with humanity. If you have learned the lesson, do not stay idle! We need the power and the program that can block the return to 1933. Tthis power and program need you. If you really learned your lesson.

A commemorative day for 80 million

80 million people died in World War II.
The winners proudly celebrate the anniversary of their victories. And then they bow their heads and place their crowns on the graves of their soldiers.
But unworthy, ashamed that it is for all of us to leave these 80 million war victims forgotten.
We must keep them in our memory and give expression to this commemoration.
We owe it to the memory of the victims, to ourselves, to the 800 million potential victims who live between us but can be instantly swept away by a new whirlwind of the history.
When and how should we pay tribute to these 80 million?
It would be honorable if this day would follow Victory Day, so it could be May 10.

As for the manner of this commemoration: it would be better if it will be organized by citizens, schools, public organizations, without politicians, without soldiers, without prayers.

2020 – the challenges

The new year is good here. Well, let's get to work!
Everyone decides what is most important to him in his life. But let's think together, what is our common task in our common life now and here on this Earth! Let us not doubt that regardless of the number of individualists and the strength of their choir, common life, common tasks, common responsibility exist.
In words it is not widely debated, perhaps on the contrary: too many words, not rarely deafening. It's always with action that there are problems - probably because of the lack of a reasonable program. Because if there was a reasonable course of action, many would get to work, without delay and without waiting for others.
Yes, these are the deafening words that often disturb the mind! It is surely superfluous to remind the millions who chant ardently almost everywhere in the world: "Climate crisis! Let's do against it! "
Okay! Let's do! But what?
Before gathering all our intellectual and action capacities, let's try to think about the biggest challenges that will be on the agenda in 2020!
Here is the list as I see it.
The dangers of war
Environmental poisoning (air, water, soil, food chain)
Pandemic threats,
Growing social inequalities
Danger of darkness
The dangers of AI
The dangers of crime
The risks of climate change
Like all similar lists, this too can give rise to endless debates: why these, why not others, why in this order, etc. Without hampering sensible debates, without being stuck in the order of challenges, our objective and our intention is to define a concrete program of action as soon as possible, counting on all who want to act.
Not "once".
Now!
